They weren't bad till the replacement set had a transmitter die again two months in.
Well I got this set back in September then had a transmitter die which they sent a replacement set for. Now two months in with the new set another transmitter is going out by emitting a ridiculous screeching sound at random then the one transmitter cuts out and may or may not come back. Looks like I have no more recorse through Amazon and the manufacturer is Chinese so good luck with any kind of warranty. Wouldn't recommend these unless you're ok with wasting the money on a set that will die in two months. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Solid product, reasonably priced
I have always wanted a set of wireless lavalier mics for my own use. I have used many sets that were either rented or belonged to someone else. These are very user friendly. Be sure to use quality AA batteries anything else and you will be changing them every 60 to 90 minutes. For the price and what you get don't pass this set up. Like some of the other reviews have stated you can always upgrade with other mics but, I find that the ones included do a good job. The case/softbag works great to protect them while storing and traveling. Would buy again hopefully won't have to.

This thing has no business being this decent at this price
Considering I have been using the Sennheiser G3/etc. wireless combos for years, I am flabbergasted to have found an ultra-low-cost substitute transmitter/receiver combo which seems to do the job just as well for a literal fraction of the cost. The range of the transmitter seems excellent in my indoor tests; I've been able to be 30-40 feet away so far without a drop off of signal and no audible interference. The included lavalier mic is slightly superior to the two previous cheapo China-made mic/transmitter combos I tried (and returned), insofar as it rolls off the highs too much but will suffice for non-demanding voice recordings and PA use, in general. More importantly, the transmitter functioned perfectly with a different external mic (in my case, a battery powered Audio-Technica lavalier with a 20-foot cable), simply by raising the output gain a little.Construction is flimsy on both units, which are so lightweight without batteries as to be almost absurd, so durability might well be a factor. But in initial tests, I was getting a cleaner signal than I did the last time I rented a Sennheiser set. $70 vs. $600? No brainer.

Do not waste your money
This item comes with a lot of issues (frequency ) is one of them, you cannot trust on it, during the recordings, drops the signal making noises, you check battery and frequency and everything looks ok but the interference is there, I ‘m a tv studio owner for over 25 years, this is the first time and last I buy a pice of garbage like this ..........with a couple more box you go for a recognized brand and you will be saved for you professional duties

Very high quality hardware, great feel... mediocre sound.
The unit is heavy-duty, well-manufactured, re-chargeable, and had great all-around interface and feel.It really feels professional. The sound quality, though, is rather poor compared to my Yeti Mic... perhaps it is impossible for a lav-mic to sound as good as a Yeti, but going between the two, the sound quality here is rather muffled and not catching that crisp high-frequency voice sound.

Bad quality— don’t waste your money
These are poor quality. Lasted a couple months before they blew. Poor sound quality. This is something you need to spend the extra money on. Don’t go cheap on mics.

Reliable and sound great
We took these mics on a trip to Africa with no problems. Good quality. Sturdy. I've been in a lot of recording studios and I thought the sound from these were terrific. Wind screens also worked well. They don't completely eliminate the wind noise when the wind is really strong but they are a vast improvement over no wind screen! I'd buy them again for sure.

You get what you pay for
For this much money I would have expected the units to be made out of something more durable then plastic. However even though the 1st microphone was DOA the company did replace it for free. You get what you pay for when it comes to Mics.
