Nice flavor, and the bag lasts forever. I would purchase this product again!

Great quality and taste
So far I have mainly used the matcha for lattes and they have been great. The matcha has a pretty nice green color and blends incredibly well with hot water. Would buy again when I run out.

Just so-so
Definitely only culinary grade (although I have yet to try it in recipes). We didn't like this brand as much as Microingredients brand, for making matcha lattes. Unlike Microingredients, this brand has a grainy or chalky texture when used in lattes, which was an unappealing mouth-feel. We also thought the other brand had better / stronger flavor. The color was also duller. The reason that we even ordered this brand was to try something new, and this brand seemed to have slightly better reviews (which I find surprising, based off of the flavor.)

Not the best
This does not mix well for tea. I also did not like that it is slightly rough on my throat. You definitely get what you pay for here. It may be different with other recipes, but I mainly wanted it for tea. I was so excited to have so much matcha, but it’s pointless if I’m not going to use it. Spend a little more and get something better. I’ll just go back to Jade Leaf.

Why doesn't the bag seal?
I received the purchase and after opening the bag, i used scissors to open it, I noticed the seal part wasn't fully attached and the bag doesn't seal properly. No I didn't cut the ziploc part either. I'm not happy with the purchase since i can use the sealing option.
