These things work. You don't get the erratic spikes in measurements that mess up the graphics that one gets with the smaller units that have a display. Also, the range is great, and I've not had one to not connect and report the measurements. These are the best value for Govee Life Thermometers to get a good measurement, of Sunrooms, Garages, Crawlspaces, without misreading spikes in your database.

Really like these, so far they work great w/o any issues.

I bought these to use in my house for temp and relative humidity. The three pack allowed me to use them in my basement, first floor, and second floor. They've been working great for a few months now with no issue. The app was relatively easy. One difficulty I ran into was that it used the serial numbers and I was trying to figure out which one was which, so I could rename them easily. I couldn't tell by looking at the product, so I had to turn them on and off, see which one was reporting, and then rename them so I knew which one was which, so that I could label them.

I had an older Govee 3 thermometer/hygrometer set, but could not add sensors to it. Plus, it was a pain to pair the sensors with the gateway. When one of the sensors died after 4 years of use, I decided to go back to Govee, and get a gateway and sensor set that I could add sensors to and expand to different areas. This is a major upgrade from Govee, which I already liked as a brand. The sensors are much easier to pair with the gateway, and it will take up to 30 sensors. While I did not add 27 more sensors, I did add 6 more for 9 total. So far, it is behaving well, and the app is behaving as well as before. I can reoder the sensors on the app, so the ones I need to check most freguently are listed at the top of the order.Overall, this is a great set and brand for wifi thermometer/hygrometer, and I have absolutely no qualms in recommending it.

I was enjoying this device with my three sensors spaced out around my property until today when I tried to set it up on my tablet. Most of my home connectivity apps just require me to login and then I have all of the settings available for my account but this doesn't work that way. I downloaded the app and then there was no login so it asked me to add a device, I added my control center thing that is plugged in my house, but then it wanted me to pair all of the sensors again!!!!! That is ridiculous! So now I am supposed to go out on my property and get all of the sensors, bring them to the house to pair them again, and then put them back out around my property???? That is for the birds, wast of money. Once they are paired they should remain paired and I should have an account that brings them all up on any device! NOT only that, when I went to view them on my original device (my phone) now THEY ARE ALL GONE!!! SO DUMB. I do not have time to read instructions and go through all of the setup all over again. Now they are completely useless.

I wanted to be able to monitor my Bird aviaries’s outside with the temperature and humidity. I first purchased the model H 5101 with a smaller gateway, but I found that it was not staying connected and I was disappointed. I tried this version and was extremely pleasantly surprised! Not only did it come already paired so I didn’t have to fool with getting them connected. It actually shows on the app when your device is online, which is nice because I know that I’m getting an accurate reading it stays online Also. The connect ability is the best so far and it is true that you can use it from a long ways away. Very happy glad I bought this.

This is wonderful. I can now monitor Temperature and more imprtantly Humity in my cigar humidor, gun safe and garage. The ability to set alerts when a monitored area is out of range is a plus. Monotoring the batteries is also beneficial. If there was anything to wish for, it would be what I could use to calibrate them accurately. I have several other thermometers in my home, but who knows which one is the most accurate.

I purchased this system to monitor my well house approximately 500 ft away from my home.Initially installed the system with the base on an interior wall closest to the well house. I put the sensor inside the well house. Lost connection immediately.I then moved the base to an extension cord outside, roughly 10 ft closer to the well house, but on the exterior of the home. I placed a second sensor on top of the well house. I was able to maintain a signal. I was able to move the sensor out of "line of sight" a few feet and still maintain a connection.I then attempted to move the base station indoor again. Lost connection. Moved the base back outside, same location - failed to reconnect.At that point I have to return the system. Not reliable enough to make me feel good.
