Better than expected
I picked this up at a discount, and I must say that the period upright piano sounds nice enough. It's light, offers nice timbral distinction, and Alex Szilasi displays a fine touch, delivering some fine small-scale playing with dynamic and tonal nuances. It would be interesting to hear him on a modern grand.
