Sturdy
I like the fact that it's sturdy.Unlike the plastic that comes with the tables, I had clients that were grabbing the tsides of headrest on the plastic ones and ripping them up causing them to become stripped out .This one is more sturdy and doesn't flop.Around will be ordering a second 14 a backup

Perfect fit
This massage table headrest is a perfect fit for my table. The face cushion is actually better than the one that came with it. Teh foam is so soft and your face just melts into the cushion. The hold from the handle is easy to use and fastens tight holding the headrest safely in its place. No weird smells no weird noises. Seeems to be built with a high quality standard. Ima have used it at least 50 times now and had zero problems with it.

Comfortable, easy set up, easy adjustability!
It came in two pieces- the foam head cushion and the metal frame. The face piece attaches with velcro so was super easy to "put together", and the metal frame had an adjust ment screw to tighten/loosen to adjust the angle and height of the massage pillow. Can use it at the table, desk, on the floor- where ever it fits with a person comfortably!I am very happy with this order and would definitely reccomend! And the faux leather cover is super easy to wipe down to sanitize.

Great idea but bad engineering.
I purchased this adjusting face cradle a little over a month ago. Worked good for about two weeks and then face cradle started slipping. Now, even after I tried to tighten the face cradle will not stay up with any amount of pressure Placed on it. Would not recommend..

Fits my Best Massage table
This is a very sturdy frame that fits well into my Best Massage brand massage table. The adjustment release is on the left-hand side and it comes with a black cushion for the cradle. The cushion does not have a lot of volume and is not very comfortable. This is not a huge issue for me as I replaced it with a better one I had. I mostly needed the frame. This is an affordable cradle but the cushion is not of great quality. There is an adequate range in cradle adjustment but it would be better if it could be elevated higher and have better angle adjustment. Overall it is decent if you need something affordable or just need a backup.Cushion that comes with cradle is black - see pictures that compares it against my standard red earthlite cushion
