Just got installed and it is working great. I know it grabs stuff from the pond so I have to ensure I keep pump clean. It is amazing and the birds, hummingbird family and squirrels are grateful to have the waterfall back!

Very easy to set up - whether you’re an instructions reader or not! My only advice is to make sure the power cords are securely connected between the pump and panel before screwing on the protective cover. This way you’ll be sure to have a proper connection. I didn’t set up the waterfall box yet as I have a separate setup but seems like it would be easy too. I also added a battery backup between the pump and panel also from this company. Just did it today so I don’t know if the battery will keep it running through the night.

Make sure to keep the pond clean - or at least the area where the pump draws from. We have it in an outdoor pond with the pump surrounded in a cage of chickenwire. No issues whatsoever

Build quality:I love this waterfall for my little fish pond. It was easy to put together and install. It works great and flows well. However, I'm disappointed that there are no extension cords available for this product to place the solar panels away from my pond and that replacement parts for this product are not available, at Amazon nor Poposoap company.

Very poor quality. Worked for about two minutes and never worked again.Clean water. Plenty of sun.I have several solar pumps for watering gardens with no problems. You know where this item was made.

Great product only works under direct sunlight no complaints has been working out for my little pond

The media could not be loaded. So far waterfall works great. Very beautiful. But unfortunately the light only worked for about two days and no longer works. But water stillflowing nicely

Something needs to be clarified from the other reviews, it does not leak from the hose or pump like I would have assumed from every other review that mentions leakage; the basin that fills up with water and the waterfall ridge are two separate pieces that slide into each other to create the overflowing effect. That is where the leaking happens if there isn't enough weight on the lip to create a tension seal. That's why the package includes it's own silicone sealant, but I had my own clear DAP silicone sealant so I used that instead and I have no complaints as it works just like expected. And if you're like me and intend to put the solar panel more than 8ft from the pump, I needed a 2.1mm x 5.5mm 12V DC male to female extension cord to extend the solar panel 30ft away.
