UPDATE: Not sure how the ratings system works as I'm typing this, as I'm giving an update on a chair that is not the chair I initially purchased, but a replacement chair sent from the same company. After posting the scathing review of how I felt about my chair purchase, the company reached out to me with an email prompt from me and offered me a new and improved version of this chair they felt would be an improvement over those areas I had critiqued on the original chair. Their improvements included a more durable leatherish armrest and seat pad, and more comfortable lumbar support. The company gets 5-star for simply their customer service, but the chair is improved, more comfortable and I expect the change from cloth to a leatherish material will be cleaner and/or appear cleaner. The one change I made from the original chair, was instead of orange pads, I went with black padding, just knowing that no matter what happens, I can live with this chair for a bit aesthetically. The only critique I could give this chair, and it's simply a personal preference, is that when I'm at home just lounging and watching videos with the chair reclined, I like to sit lower, so my feet are more flushed to the ground. My previous computer chairs were able to sit lower, and yet both the original and this model sit just a bit higher, which is an adjustment. I cannot knock the chair for this, as it's an office chair, and it sits perfectly when working at the keyboard. I think this is how a chair would function in most office environments. I do recommend shopping with this company.OLD WRITE UP: The Chair looks good, and it was pretty easy to put together, that's where the positives end. Contextually, I've been in government work both as civilian and as military, and we purchase chairs over $500, overall, those chairs are solid, they're ergonomic, comfortable and durable, but that price is a bit gauged considering we have specific catalogs to choose from, and everything from these catalogs are expensive, so I always hope that you could find something comparable on Amazon just at a significantly lowered price. But these chairs? Understandably, they are a budget chair, but I find the lumbar support a bit stiff, and at times a little uncomfortable. And then there's really no scenario when I'm sitting down in any position that the headrest is useful. Wheels aren't good either, swapped those out for rollerblade style wheels, easier on floors and smoother. The worst part that I should've prepared for is that this chair gets dirty pretty easy. Armrests especially. For that reason alone, I'd recommend finding a chair that does not have cloth on the armrest, unless they are black in color.

I'm glad I finally got this chair. It was simple to assemble (clearly written and illustrated instructions). Only one tool needed (included). It was easier for me to assemble than a lot of other things. My hands aren't as strong as they used to be. The tool that comes with the chair is easy to hold and worked well with all of the parts and various hardware (included). The 'barbie pink' color is amazing.Everything is as described. Good value. Quality materials. Comfortable design.If you are short (5 feet or less) The only thing missing that would have been helpful is a foot rest. I'm 5 feet tall, and on the lowest seat height setting, my feet are not touching the floor. So I put a cushion on the floor (that is made for a foot rest).

This is a really nice and reasonably priced chair. It provides good support for your back, and it is light (unlike my previous chair). I enjoyed the ability to add color. The only drawback (and it is small) is that the fabric is a little scratchy.But I have to give a shout out to the company. The directions are clearly written, and they even include white gloves to put it together. In my case, I was confused on finding the brackets mentioned and emailed them (as the instructions provided), They responded within a day and clarified my question.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced ergonomic chair especially if you want a non-traditional color.

10/10 I would purchase this chair again! Getting a 5-year warranty with this chair is one of the best things about it. The customer service has been very responsive, kind, professional, and helpful.This chair is not only the most comfortable one I have ever owned, but it's also gorgeous. I love features like the adjustable headrest, lumbar support, and height options. The height adjustment was the most amazing part for me. It has a low setting, a medium setting (which was high enough for me), and the highest setting. I don't need my chair that high, but it was nice to have that option available if I changed my mind.I also loved how this chair has armrests that can be moved up to the side if you prefer to have them out of your way. Another great feature is that there is no bar pushing up against my legs when I sit down thanks to the raised armrests, leaving me with a wider seat, which is much appreciated.

This is a very good quality chair, it was easy to put together. I like how you can change things like where the backrest is, the adjustablity is nice. It is extremely comfortable and it looks amazing! Best office chair I've ever had!

The chair is extremely nice amd comfortable. I love that the armrests fold up for when I store the chair under the desk. Assembly is super easy with the included instructions.

Der Stuhl ist eine günstige Chinaproduktion. Qualitativ okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Es ist deshalb unbedingt darauf zu achten, welchen Preis man dafür bezahlt. Ich wollte mir einen guten Homeoffice Stuhl kaufen und habe mich von den guten Bewertungen blenden lassen. Der Preis variiert extrem und es sollte meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr als 200 € dafür ausgegeben werden und das ist vermutlich schon hoch angesetzt. Der Stuhl wird aus Amerika versendet, Rücksendekosten müssen selbst bezahlt werden. Auf dem amerikanischen Markt gibt es den gleichen Stuhl für 120 $!! ich habe leider schon über 300 € bezahlt, aktuell wird das Modell für 470 € angeboten!! Also - Stuhl okay, Aufbau auch okay, aber definitiv nicht mehr als 200 € mit weltweitem Versand bezahlen. Dann lieber einen anderen Stuhl kaufen.

This is the first time to buy a computer chair online. Being Asian, I was afraid the backrest and headrest may not be at right positions for my build. Thank goodness everything is better than expected. The color is beautiful, cheering up my room. Its seat is really comfortable and the backrest supports my back. I am thankful to all the useful reviews. Good value for money !

Unable to attach the seat to the chair due to incorrect screw sizes The packaging was also poorly done, box was half cut open and the parts were not packaged properly. For any that is buying this product I recommend looking at other alternatives.
