Cool viewer
This is a pretty cool bug viewer. It's overall functional and easy to use. It will keep the insect inside which is most important to me. It has a light made inside for night view as well. The only thing I would prefer is the viewing to reach further to the sides. The insects tend to hide in the clevis of the globe which creates a lack of viewing and we have to tap the insect to the middle areas for viewing. Overall, it's still a good viewer for beginners.

Very cool, hard to clean
This is a really cool and clever terrarium/viewer. My boys love finding bugs and critters, and I love the fishbowl design so they can both look easily all around. The little magnifyer is a great touch too. What I don’t like is that unless I’m doing something wrong, it’s really difficult to clean. We put some caterpillars in there with some branches and were able to watch them turn into moths, which was awesome. But there was no way to get all the webbing and stuff out, as the top is fairly small when open. We ended up having to throw it away after awhile.

Fun bug viewer to keep kids curious!
This insect viewer for kids offers some unique features that make bug exploration even more enjoyable. The top opens up, providing a convenient place to drop bugs, which then fall into the perfectly shaped dome for easy viewing. Additionally, the product includes space for two batteries, which light up the center, enhancing the viewing experience and allowing for better optics when observing bugs. You can even select two different varieties of bugs and watch to see what happens! The built-in magnifying glass provides a fun way to view bugs from a safe distance, offering a unique observational perspective. You can enhance the viewing experience by adding grass clippings, rocks, or flowers to the viewfinder, creating the perfect little habitat for your new bug friends. As soon as my kids received this bug viewer, they eagerly went outside to find some bugs, showing their enthusiasm for exploring nature. Overall, this bug viewer is both fun and functional, offering great value for a solid product with entertaining features

Son approved
My son recently has been interested in bugs, so I thought he might enjoy this. Sure enough it has been a hit. It's a very straightforward product and gets the job done. It has a little light for if you want to put batteries in it, and a magnifying scope, as well as a magnifying glass. However, there are a couple things I don't love about it that I wish were more thought out in the design process. The lid won't open if the magnifier is in the wrong position. So you have to make sure it's out of the way to be able to open it up. Also, with the magnifier being part of the lid, sometimes the lid pops open when you're just trying to move the scope around. All the parts feel pretty cheap, and I can see it breaking fairly soon, or at least the plastic dome will get real scratched up quickly. But that's just more because kids are rough with toys.Anyway, overall I give it 4 stars because most of these issues are not a problem for my son, and he loves it.

Intriguing and durable fun for both kids
Our kids (2 and 4) love this thing. My wife put some ladybugs, a grasshopper, pill bugs, and a moth in it so far. They have had a lot of fun watching the bugs inside and, best of all, it hasn't broken yet, even though they've dropped it on the patio a few times. The durability was my main concern. I thought for sure it would be done after a day or two, but it's still going strong. It's a good way for the kids to observe and learn about insects without harming them. It is enforced distance, a new perspective, and a lot of fun.

Just okay
This is kind of flimsy and made of a fairly thin plastic. The magnifier doesn’t work well and messes with the lid, especially when used by less than careful kiddos.Overall, it’s a fun thing for curious kids, but I don’t anticipate it lasting longer than the summer.

We love our hubble bubble!
after the recenbt rain we caught so many snails! The bubble is nice and large so you can look from all directions. We left the lid open so they could all get out at the end of the day.
