This smart lock is amazing! First, it took under 30 minutes to install and set up the wi-fi and finger print sensor. I have used other smart locks from the big brands but they don't compare to the functionality this lock offers. For starters, the user-friendly app maintains a log every time the lock is initialized. For added security, I embedded the Ultraloq door sensor into the frame and love that it automatically locks when the door is closed. The fingerprint recognition works most of the time and probably as well as my phone reader. I coupled the U-Bolt Pro with their pull handle and now I have the perfect security solution. Customer service is exceptional! They quickly helped trouble shoot an issue and they even sent a replacement keypad. Don't hesitate to buy.

I originally bought the Ultra Lock UBolt Pro before going on vacation. After just one week of use, the battery was already dead. I contacted their support team and they walked me through several troubleshooting steps to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the battery drain continued, but they didn’t hesitate to send me a replacement unit.Since receiving the new unit, I’ve had no battery issues at all. Their customer service is truly top notch—fast, friendly, and willing to stand behind their product.I love the ability to schedule entry times and set unique codes for different people. The only minor downside is that the fingerprint scanner can be a bit finicky at times, but overall, this lock works great and gives me peace of mind.Would definitely recommend, especially knowing the company stands behind their product.

Love this system! Ease to install, took about 20 minutes with hardware and app setup.I use these locks for my front door and places where I want privacy. Perfect for letting someone in the house or room at any time with the app or adding people to the system with their pass code or biometric fingerprint.The best feeling I get is that I never feel locked out of my house! I have had these locks for years, and I have only had to replace a part on them once in the many years I have owned them. This product is a newer version of the one I had previously. I have had this for months and not an issue at all.I will say, make sure your door is properly working and doesn't stick. This will affect how the lock works. As long as the door can shut properly, you should not have any issues with this locking system. One of the best purchases I have made!

We've been looking at reviews of smart locks for the past several weeks for our short term rental property. Although this lock wasn't on my initial list, I decided to look at more because it had all the features we wanted including a back-up key to open the door in the event batteries failed or the lock malfunctioned. I was a little concerned about connecting this to our wifi since I had read that other people had issues getting it set up properly. The installation couldn't have been easier. The only item I couldn't install was the dead bolt detector because our door frame is too thick. However, the lock works great and the app is very easy to use. We're very pleased with this purchase.

UPDATE (5/5/2025): The manufacturer reached out to me via email and after some time communicating back and forth, they sent me a new lock. The results? It is NIGHT AND DAY. This new lock behaves exactly they way it should. It is too soon to tell how the batteries will last which explains the 4 stars, but so far I am satisfied. The customer service was great; U-Tec (specifically Savy) was quick to correct the situation because frankly, I was frustrated, upset and at a loss. I am super grateful.ORIGINAL: I purchased this lock with the handle on 1/27/2025.It is now 3/16/2025. The batteries have died THREE TIMES since the date of purchase. It does not connect to my wifi, my Bluetooth sometimes works....and when I say sometimes, it mostly doesn't.I'm so disappointed. I loved the supposed features but I have not been able to reap the benefits of it. The auto lock/unlock doesn't work, my fingerprints are hardly recognized and even when I type in a code, the deadbolt sometimes does not open. Did I get a dud?? This lock was supposed to simplify things for me but it really just made things more difficult.

I have had several smart locks but this was my first time buying this brand. It was easy to install. The game changer for me is the auto unlock when you get home. The fingerprint reader and code are locks I'm used to, but the auto unlock when you get home works great for carrying groceries or other items. The deadbolt itself was defective but the ultraloq team was fast to respond and sent out a new one right away with no problems and it now works like a charm. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone especially for the customer service and auto unlock feature. I initially had issues with the batch that Amazon was selling. So, I contacted UltraLoq and they were amazing. They were super patient with me and my issues. They are still being patient with me. The issue has long been resolved thanks to their amazing support, and I still need to return the faulty unit. And that has been some time now. I have been terrible at returning and they have been politely reminding me. The product is solid; the build quality is top notch it is strong and sturdy. I love where the hidden key compartment is. Fingerprint works fine but the Wireless unlocking has not worked. This may be my network security preventing it more than the device itself. All in all, this has been a great product with great service and amazing people. If for no other reason I would go with them for their customer service, compassion and caring for their customers.
