The one that came on the sink in our rental had a small crack. Which later in the year ggrew into a big crack. I prefer not to involve landlord in everything if I can fix myself for cheap, so I replaced it with this and honestly I prefer this product so much more. It was so affordable, so easy to install, you just screw it on. It works great, not one problem. Highly recommend. Solid product. If you're trying to decide between this and some fancier more expensive one, just buy this one. It does everything you need and will fit virtually any sink hose.

I use this in my barn with a very deep utility sink for washing 5 gallon buckets. I dont really like the backwards angle of the head. If you dont have a long enough neck, it will limit your ability to wash things. The pray option on it is very powerful. By the time I am done washing just a few buckets, the front of my shirt is soaked. Even with turning the faucet down. But overall, it gets the job done very well.

I had received a really nice Amazon basics single pull out kitchen sink faucet set. The price was great, very good looking item, easy to install, etc. After all was said and done the main sprayer would not switch over. It was just the original option. Imagine my surprise when I come back on Amazon and I find a sprayer that looks pretty much identical to the original one, the color, the size, etc. etc. And the price blew me away. I was going to be happy if it fit, I was going to be even more happy if it would go into spray mode. I figured it would be a weak spray mode. Boy was I dumb for making a lot of foolish assumptions about this item! This item is being installed in an empty apartment that is being refurbished for new tenants. I’ve been through more spray heads over the years than I like to recall. Problems including leaking back into the pull out hose (and thus into area under the sink), too strong a spray (splashes out of the sink), the spray staying on only if the function button was held down, and the function button not working at all. Most of these problems occurred right out of the box, or shortly thereafter. I just installed this spray head in my kitchen; so far it is the best yet in every respect. Also the best looking and the best fit. Highly recommended.

Delivered on time and works perfectly. I purchased the brushed nickel finish and it matches well. Great design - excellent quality.

Rubber diverter/selector cover popped off, and quit working the first time my wife did dishes (used the switch several times consecutively). The switch seems to have imploded somehow down inside, and is kinda stuck between settings. It won't click to a point where the sprayer works, but it won't fully seat back into the normal position, thereby not allowing regular water flow. Steam is weak, and it takes forever to even fill a 10 cup coffee pot. Absolute garbage. Complete waste of money, and very frustrating. Please save yourself the headache, and buy something else.

I bought this spray head to replace the one that came with my Mustee utility sink. The original spray head had gotten stuck in the spray position. This one solved the problem and took all of 15 seconds to install. Like other reviewers, I have noticed that the water stream is stronger than it was with the original head. I give it 3 stars for durability only because I have no idea how long it will last, but even if it only lasts for three years like the original, it will be money well spent. Still much cheaper and more convenient than a new faucet.
