A number of issues!
First of all no one told me that this Amazon Prime order would be coming out of Canada and take 11 days to get here. I may have not considered it since there are some uncertainties at the Border. Then there was the missing and incorrect parts. The stand was gone but more importantly there was nothing in there to connect the Computer with the Dell serial monitor that was included. There was some sort of adaptor with a Female D style connector identical to the Female connector on the monitor (when was the last time you managed to mate two connectors of the same gender). There was another Oddball Connector on the monitor however the Adaptor I punched would not work with it. I took it into our local Best Buy store just to verify that the Computer works and amazingly enough it did, so I elected to keep it. I purched an HDMI monitor and tried to get it to work however there is some damage to the HDMI port on the Computer and I don't believe that port is working. There is another video output port that is working (Verified at Best Buy) so I ordered yet another adaptor. So with this you may ask why I would keep the Computer? Well I am replacing an accent Computer in my shop that ran Windows ME for many years. I have a lot of documentation for various projects and information for various customers. I need to maintain that functionality. Windows 10 will allow for the installation of some "Legacy" software. Since it won't be connected to the internet, it should run peacefully for a very long time. Unless you just want a cheap hobby I could not recommend getting one of these!

Good for the price
For the price is very good! It really helped me solve the issue of not having a pc in a short time, without having to spend as much. The only issues I've had is that sometimes the screen "blinks" and it turns black for less than a minute, but it comes back again without issue. The other thing is that it does have a wireless internet adapter, it does recognize my wireless internet but it doesn't actually connect, it says "connected without internet". It's not that big of a deal because I use an ethernet cable for my other work computer, so I just plug the ethernet cable and problem solved. I really do like it a lot!

Questionable quality control.
When I spotted it on Amazon, it said delivery the next day, so I went for it since I needed it right away. Unfortunately, it didn’t show up until the day after that in the middle of the afternoon. The packaging was good. I felt like I was opening up a new product. It came with a 21” STG monitor, monitor cable and power cord, decent mouse, chintzy keyboard, and desktop computer with power cord. I hooked it into my internet ethernet cable and hooked up all the components. The screen was black and I couldn’t get a picture, even though the power was on.. I kept fiddling with the cord and finally I started to get an intermittent screen. I wasn’t sure what was going on. I was able to get the software set up, but the screen kept flickering. I thought possibly it was a bad monitor cable, bad monitor, or perhaps bad video card in the computer. I went to Staples and bought a new cable. I plugged it in and that’s solved the issue. It seems to work well. I know the price is very attractive, but I think the quality control leaves much to be desired.

Get the warranty
Initially worked great, then, the hard drive failed after 2 months computer won’t boot up, turns on no hard drive detected. After diagnosis, yes the hard drive is kaput. Big paper weight now, 2 weeks after return date expired
