Holy cow. I recently purchased this at the suggestion of my nutritionist because of a potassium deficiency. When I received it, I took a scoop, put it into a 16oz glass of cold water, and drank the whole thing pretty quickly. The taste is great, but the best part is how I felt about 20 minutes later. I felt more hydrated than I have in a long time, and I drink at least 80oz of water a day. I’m not sure which of the ingredients made me feel that way, but wow. I felt amazing. I absolutely recommend this to anyone!

Love this powder! The only 🤨 thing that I questioned was the ingredient ‘natural blue raspberry flavor’ because that’s not a real thing. lol Other than that, ingredients are quality and the flavor is my favorite of all the electrolytes I’ve tried before. Some electrolytes taste gross to me when they’re too diluted, but this one is delicious, strong or diluted. Price is great, especially if you compare it to buying a hydration drink from a store. I just put it in my bottle and shake it up, no need for a mixer.

Great taste and very effective. I use on days when I am working outside in the heat. It helps prevent dehydration and allows me to keep my focus. I compared many electrolytes prior to buying this one and this product is by far the best.

I’ve tried many electrolytes and these are my favorite! I feel more hydrated with fewer servings of these than other brands and the flavor is great. Highly recommend!
