Out of the package, worked like they should. They charge well, and so far they haven’t broken. THIER easy for me to use, and I personally like that you have to pull both ends for it to get longer. It’s fun for me to play with.

Love these retractable USB cords - cause I value organization and tidiness. And squid cables too? Awesome. Only beef is the USB doesn't fit snugly into the female USB charging block (I've tried 3 different ones so far). If you pull to stretch it out, or pull to recoil it, it'll just pop out of the charging block. Annoying but still keeps cables neat & tidy. I'm actually considering using hot glue to keep it in place.
