Best Large Tip Markers I've Used
I have used a lot of Staedtler pens over the years, including their ballpoints, fiber-tips, colored pencils, and more and have always been happy with them. But I had never tried these before, which have a much larger tip to them, more like the size of a Marks-a-Lot, and gave them a try. I'm happy I did. The quality, like all their products still made in Germany (and most of them still are) is superb. Color laydown is smooth and effortless, and has a brilliant look to them. And the box Staedtler designed and uses for many of their writing instruments, which holds then pens in parallel pockets, seals closed, then pops open, and can be bent to be used as a triangular holder when you are using the set is just a brilliant design. For the price, they are simply over-performers. I still use Marks-a-Lot for all types of things, but these Staedtlers should see a lot of use now that I have tried them. Another little nicety: all the Staedtler colors match. Meaning that, if you buy these, then the rollerballs, then the ballpoint pens, the colors match across sets. Very nice touch. Five stars.

Terrific pens!
These are excellent markers--deep intense colors from a pen with a fine fiber-tip. The colors do bleed through a little, but much less than many markers on the market. The case advertised 1.0 mm lines, which are possible but only if one uses a light touch and holds the pen perfectly vertical. It's better to get this set for the larger areas in your colored design, and get the 36-color pack of Triplus Fineliners for the really small areas. Speaking of the case, it's a nifty heavy plastic case whose top folds back to hold the case and pens at a convenient angle for easy withdrawing a pen. My only complaint--a minor one--about this product is that the pens all have dark blue caps and the barrel color is muted by the plastic case.. Overall a marker set well worth the price.

These are the best to take colour coded notes / highlight/ underline <3
I am a pen addict.. i HOARD pens.. These along with my triplus fineliner 0.3mm are my TO go to for note taking. I am in medical school and i am constantly upgrading my books with on site notes and these are the pens i use every damn day. I love them so much that i got a back up from amazon. These are by far the best i have come across that are 1mm point and at this price range you really cant beat em! Also, there is no bleed through my pages and the pages are not thick at all. These are smooth, and dry super fast. I love them. IF i had to recommend pens for colour coded note taking i would recommend these along with the triplus fineliners 0.3mm + muji gel ball point ink pens 0.5/0.38mm and micron pigma marker set. That is literally the best combo ever!!!as you can tell, i love these and if you are debating on getting these, YOU SHOULD GET THESE! Made in Germany, great quality, write awesome and so many colours!!!

Great marker, especially for coloring books.
I love these markers, I can't even explain how much I love these markers. I bought these on a recommendation from a friend after I bought my first adult coloring book. I was told that coloring could help with stress levels, and these markers had some good recommendations from friends. I have to admit I was a little bit taken aback by the price of the markers, but once they arrived I really liked them. The container they come in is really nice, and it makes it super easy to leave them in the container and just pull out the marker you need when you need it and then slide it right back in, it's made it easier for me to keep track of all of them. These have a really small tip, so it's easy to color in small areas, which I was expecting from a marker. Also they try really quickly on the page, and from what I can tell they don't bleed through either. I plan on buying more markers from this brand to get more colors, but they are awesome, and I recommend them to anyone.

NEEDS MORE COLORS PLEASE!
Love the pens! EXCEPT! It's a pet peeve of mine that the fiber tips do not come in a pack of 36 like the fine liners! For me the whole idea of getting both sets( fiber tips & fine liners) is to have matching colors for the much smaller areas, corners etc...that the fiber tips don't ! I like that they come in a more compack box, though the hard plastic container of the original set is better and more sturdy! And the other problem is that the 26 fiber tips cost more then the 36 fine liners! But they are still a well made pen , perfect for coloring!

These pens LAST FOREVER
The only reason I had to replace them was because they finally were drying out after several years of owning the first pack. I think the best qualities about this product are the triangular barrels (extremely comfortable to hold), dry-safe (if the caps aren't on, they won't dry out quickly), and the longevity of color. The case itself converts into a stand and is made of durable, thick plastic material. These pens are great, would definitely recommend these and the thin ones. Art stores such as Blick and Utrecht and probably even Amazon hold single-replacements for these pens as well if you lose just one or a few and do not feel like replacing the entire set.

I love this set!
These are everything I wanted them to be. I'll give the caveat that I didn't buy them for coloring, and so haven't used them in that way. I have large writing, and always found the Staedtler fineliners much too thin for my writing. When I noticed these I thought they would be the perfect 'next level' point size for marker print, and they are! Gorgeous colors, and fine lines - no bleeding or smudging the way cheaper thin markers do. They are more expensive, but the quality is there. The additional neons are also really cool, Im so glad I got this set that includes them instead of the normal set that doesn't.

Awesome pens
I have used several Staedtler pens and love them all. They are high quality and the triangle grip is wonderful. These are great for grading papers since the tip is wider. I’ve replaced all of my Flair pens with these.
