The media could not be loaded. Upon opening i immediately noticed the cap was loose. And there wasn’t seal on top it was open and the funnel appeared to have been used! I really wanted to like this product but most serums are sealed for sanitation purposes. This one was not.

This serum is really great. It has improved my skin texture and appearance. I would not recommend applying it during the day if you are planning to go somewhere because it leaves a yellow tint on your skin for a little bit.
