Works for me
I have to deal with a lot of people. Shake a lot of hands. Ride a lot of airplanes, and public transportation. I credit these tablets with keeping my immune system in top shape. I am a firm believer in getting "micro doses" of daily germs from those around me. I also have great faith in my immune system to process those germs. But I also believe in helping out my immune system with the support in these capsules. They give me a good, well rounded dose of essential support.

Decent Multi-Vitamin
I didn't have any issue with the taste - since I swallow them so quickly. They do have a smell, but honestly - didn't really matter in the long run. I can't say that they helped me or not with my specific issue, but I can't blame them for that - I wasn't sure it was going to help in the first place. I DO with though that they listed the dosages of each mineral included. That would have been helpful for me in my search for the right blend.

Something is wrong with these
They have a horrible smell, and upset my stomach, made me very nauseous. I had to stop taking them after a few days. I always take them with food, and have taken similar supplements with the same ingredients for years without any issue. I truly feel like something is wrong with these. And it’s frustrating because you can’t return them.
