Cheap but Decent Value
Hey, I paid $9.99 on the post-holiday clearance for this ACOTANT Hand Grip Strengthener Five-Pack. The hand strengtheners are cheap plastic, and the counter is pretty worthless. But they are adjustable with a spring that moves with a dial to increase resistance. I doubt that they are going to be durable over the long run, but I am going to use the heck out of them and have super buff forearms with big bulging veins that impress the babes. Once I have a babe under each arm I won't care that my cheap hand strengtheners have broken. Also, it is nice to have two, which doubles the chances of one lasting long enough to have physically impressive forearms.

They’re great. Good value for the money. Only problem is that they don’t come with instructions. I would like to have some idea of how many reps they would recommend, how often, ect.
