Genuine Xerox Cyan High Capacity Toner -Cartridge (106R03514) - 4,800 Pages for use in VersaLink C400/C405

I know it's tempting to buy the less expensive toners sold on the internet, even on Amazon... Don't do it. Here's the deal, all of the other companies take OEM equipment from Xerox shove inferior Chinese toner back into them and then sell them for half price. Not only do you get what you pay for but you'll ruin your expensive printer. The price of these machines is come down a lot, I remember when a floor unit cost close to $20,000 and now my $700 desktop multifunction machine produces a higher quality image with nearly as fast of a print speed. I'm going to take care of my printer by using the Xerox brand replacement owners and I've yet to have a problem. It may be noteworthy to mention that should you have a problem with your printer and they find aftermarket toner and it they will not honor their warranty.

Prints on paper real nice

I have to write a really bad review on this product first ofAll not all these cartridges work the xerox cartridge for USA don't fit the machine in Caribbean so this advertising is misleading second I try to return this item and went to 3 different UPS in New York to send this back to be told they don't have a scanner took it to a post office in Miami they say the it has to go to ups now I am stuck with a item of no use to me

The Amazonconfirmedfit facility is misleading. As a result, I bought a cartridge which does not fit my C405 Versalink, confirmed as a fit. I tried to return it for a refund, but Amazon refused to accept it as, by the time that I opened the box to use it, the return window had already expired. This was a clear misrepresentation and no deadline should apply. Disgraceful.

Not much you can say about this really, it was purchased as our normal supplier let us down at the time and we needed one quickly. Amazon Prime delivered next day and got us out of trouble. The product was good, lasted as expected, but purchased again from my normal supplier as we get a bigger discount.

Ink spilled all over my printer and made a complete mess after inserting it and it said chip error which make me think this was not genuine. I shall be returning or for a refund.

A year ago we purchased 3 new Xerox Versalink MFA printers. Looking for the value purchase we did go for the extra high yield and believe based on our usage could get over 3 years before requiring new toners!
