This product would have initially received 5 stars, then 3 stars, and now 5 stars again. Let me explain. I first ordered this product in May. The parts came in great shape and the instructions were easy to follow. Once I put it together the chair not only looked great, it was very comfortable. I work from home quite often, so I needed a comfortable chair. The stylish look only added to the appeal. This is the initial 5 stars. After about 2 weeks of use, one of the legs broke for no apparent reason (I weigh about 190 lbs and I don't perform WWE moves with this chair - I literally sit in it). I was immediately fed up and put in my request to get a refund. I asked Amazon for new parts since I loved the chair and figured it was just a defect. Amazon never contacted the seller and instead told me I needed to return this huge product in 15 days. I'm sure this isnt hard for most people, but I was simply too busy with my day to day to take the time to do it. This is the part where I would give this chair 3 stars. Finally, I decided after 5 months of having this chair upside down in my office and using a folding chair as a placeholder, I was going to get another chair because I was sick of how uncomfortable I was feeling. I decided to reach out directly to the seller (I know I should have done this from the beginning) and explained what took place. Within minutes Stanley reached out to me to not only send me replacement parts, but called me and sent me videos of how to swap the new parts in. He must have sent me 5 emails to follow up and make sure I received the parts and that I was satisfied - at no additional cost. The chair is back to being fully functional and as comfortable as I remember. I give this product 5 stars now because I can assure you that you'll get great customer service from the vendor if there are any defects. 10/10 would buy again.

I have had this chair for a year and today it broke. When I initially loves it because it was really nice looking but the quality is not there. It is made of cheap materials and is not worth the headache. While it was fairly easy to assemble it did not stand up against time. Please do not purchase

purchased this a few months ago, a bit skeptical, but so far it has held up great. assembly was ok, comfy for those work at home days

The chair is comfortable. It was really hard to put to together. I’ve put many of chairs together. I had to get help. The screws for the arm didn’t want to go in. The one female where you put the screw on for the arm was bent and the other is still something wrong. I love the way it looks and feels but I’m afraid it’s going to break. I did a lot of research before I bought this chair and read a lot of reviews. So I did there were some problems putting it together and it’s really heavy. But this a lot of good reviews compared to the others. I have to buy a different mat to put it on cause it doesn’t want to roll cause it’s so heavy.

This chair was hard to put together. The back of the chair did not align with the seat. I had to really push the two together in order to get the holes to line up and then getting the screws in was difficult. I also had problems with putting on the arms. Everything just seemed a little off on the alignment. I had to use a pair of pliers to get everything adjusted. The chair looks nice but not worth the effort it took to put it together.

This chair is very good and I am very happy with my purchase.Pros:1. Easy to assemble2. Very comfortable: Not once have I felt pain or numbness in my lower since my purchase. This is a cheap chair that's a horror to put together.I was extremely frustrated while putting this chair together. Many holes were off just enough for the screws to not go in smoothly and the armrests do not come close to fitting. At first, I thought I was just putting the armrests on wrong but then I had someone else give it a try. It was the chair, not me. I ended up bending the armrests myself to get them to fit. The wheels are atrocious on a hardwood floor and the padding is -extremely- stiff. I noticed that the right armrest was very wobbly after about a week of use and it wasn't because the screw was not tight enough. After two months of use, whatever metal joint was holding the right armrest in the bottom of the seat snapped, explains the wobble, and the padding is just as stiff. The only positives that can be given to this chair are that it's big enough to sit in with your legs crossed and I guess it looks "cool". I would not recommend this chair unless you enjoy wasting money.

I ordered this chair because it had a really cool modern look and it looked comfortable, order came in, and it was very easy to set up, very stylish and very comfortable, all my friends tell me it’s the nicest chair they have seen. One day I broke my chair base and reached out to the seller and he contacted me and fixed all my issues by sending me a new one. Really great *5 stars*
