Bruno MarcMen's Dress Shoes Formal Classic Lace-up Oxfords

I received a lot of compliments on these shoes. Very comfortable to wear, very nice appearance. I like the one piece sole, hopefully it will last. I have two other pairs of Bruno Marc shoes, one pair lasted a year, the other still going strong!

Couple of thoughts when I order shoes - 1) is the toe of the shoe wide enough to accommodate my not-narrow feet; 2) does the collar (that's the top of the heel) feel like it's going to rub a blister when I walk in them; and 3) will my protruding ankle bone be cut by the topline height of the quarter (i.e., area under the ankle bone) of an unpadded shoe?So, for 1, the answer is that it does accommodate my wider feet, doesn't feel overly wide, and the shoe is quite comfortable with a deep cushioned sole & heel that keeps you from feeling every uneven spot in the sidewalk. To question 2, the shoes lace up far enough that they hold your heel firmly in place. Even though the heel collar is not padded, it doesn't cut into your foot because it isn't drawn in deeply. As to question 3, the ankle height of the quarter is just a tad high for my ankle bone and it is not padded, which means that in order for me to wear these shoes regularly, I'm going to have to train the shoe form to bend outward at the outer ankle so as not to dig into my ankle bone.If the manufacturer had put padding around the topline, this shoe would be 5 stars. From a looks perspective, it IS 5 stars. But comfort - specific to my foot (not necessarily yours) - must include all of the elements of padding around the collar, lower quarter and preferably even some softness of the quarter, since the flex on the vamp as I walk will drive the quarter into my ankle.You would know if you have a knobby ankle bone that high-collared/quartered unpadded shoes cut into. If you've never experienced it, you probably don't have it and these are a great shoe for you. If you do have that protruding ankle, consider a padded pair unless you're patient and willing to put the effort into re-forming that area of the shoe to increase comfort on your ankle. I do have that patience and will continue to work these shoes until they hit the mark. It's worked well for other pairs, and it'll work well for this one too.All in all, a very good product.

We bought these for my husband for our wedding, and he loved them so much he could hardly wait till the wedding day to wear them LOL. He says they're very comfortable and he gets lots of comments on them

I needed a new pair of shoes for a business casual environment. I don't go into the office but a handful of times per year, so I figured the vegan leather would hold up for my uses. I usually opt for regular leather footwear due to the durability. I was pleasantly surprised at how the vegan leather didn't look bad at all. You can't even really tell if you're not holding them closely. They fit me well, and I have wide feet. You really can't beat these for the price.

Good fit, comfortable and affordable

Very poor quality shoe. Bottoms are like a foam type. These shoes are not built to last long. I had to return these shoes, because I need my son to use them more than once. Although they do look nice from a distance. I understand they are meant to be a cheaper shoe, but these are beyond cheaply made.
