DO NOT PURCHASE
The bottle came in the mail with the glass dropper broken in half almost, with glass pieces floating in the liquid. Unable to even use it at all. And the return policy doesn’t allow me to get a refund or replacement.

Electrolyte Drops are the Best
Electrolytes are important for muscle and bone health. I put the drops in my water each morning and evening to make sure. Good results. Decent price.

Great for intermittent fasting
If you are in intermittent faster, you probably now that adding a pinch of salt to your water while in fast mode can really help you stick with or extend your fasting window. I've been using this method for a long time, but I never really knew what minerals other than salt I was getting in with it. These electrolyte drops from Piping Rock have taken the guesswork out of that for me.So for me a .5 mil dropper in a 16 ounce bottle of water tastes similar to a pinch of salt. If it's too salty I won't drink it. With IF you're not supposed to flavor or sweeten, and I don't care for flavored or sweetened drinks anyway. This helps me feel less hungry enough during my fast that I can go about my morning/early afternoon and I tend to stay more hydrated. You can lose a lot of fluids during a fast, similar to exercising. So adding back some electrolytes helps prevent all kinds of annoying symptoms including excess hunger.I really like the dropper too. It's easy to access and easy to use and measure. Just a little squirt and I'm done, plus no more wasted salt. I get the pink stuff and really don't like wasting that.

Nice formula
These drops do work to keep or replenish hydration. Slightly salty, but for me, that indicates that I'm replacing the right elements. Unflavored is good, works well in a diluted fruit juice, which I prefer, to balance the slight saltiness. The bottle is small enough to easily tote along on runs or hikes.
