Great device!
I bought this product to augment and/or replace my previous, marble block wire slicer; which is roughly about the same size.The wire tensioning design on my old one was, however, it's very definite weak point.And one I became well encouraged to improve on.This product easily remedies those deficiencies.It is also supplied with a couple of spare cutting wires.Which are easy to replace, and set the tension of.It also easily holds the tension setting well; which was another aspect of the problem(s) with my other wire slicer.This wire slicer also has a very light-weight frame.I thought initially, that I might have a problem with the thickness of the slice wire; it being thicker than my old marble job, and seeming to concomitantly produce more cheese detritus from the slicing process.But switching back to the old one, again, for comparison…I realized that it wasn’t MORE detritus…it was just DIFFERENT detritus.Acceptably so.The thicker wire should also prove more reliable/less likely to break.I VERY HIGHLY Recommend this product.

Great cheese slicer/cutter
I purchased this in May 2025 and have been using it frequently for about a month now. It works wonderfully!!! I buy 2 pound block cheese and it's great slicing whatever size you want. Even my finicky husband loves it!

Nice cheese slicer
Nice marble cheese slicer allows you to choose thickness of slices. The slot the wire cuts into is a bit difficult to clean requiring a knife to remove the remnants.

Great quality item.
This is a smaller grid, however perfect for my need. I was cutting cheese cubes for a platter. Great to get even sizing.

Highly recommended
Works wonderfully...a paper cutter for block cheese! Easy to use and easy to clean! So far, it is quite durable. I thought it might be a little small for a 4 lb block of cheese, but it handles it beautifully. I little pricey, but definitely has been worth the cost. Highly recommended!
