Works well for securing rafts or various pool type floats to beach
We secured two heavy duty inflated loungers to a beach with hard waves. Eventually they would lose sand and be shoved towards shore if the waves were heavy enough but they did hold them in place quite a bit. Had a few beach walkers stop and try to figure out why the loungers were staying close to shore. This is why. Easy to pack in a car, lightweight to carry to beach, easy to fill with sand on the beach. Only time you need strength is dragging it once its filled to the location you want the loungers. The heavier it is the longer the loungers will stay in place. Use bungee cords with clips on them to secure the loungers to the bag.

Kite Anchor too!!
I bought this anchor to support my large and I mean large kites when I fly them on the beach. It worked perfect. I just filled the bag with sand secured it with the clips I was able to fly more than one kite. My husband said it was smart to think outside the box by purchasing this and I am so happy with the quality of this product, strong and durable. Plus it folds flat for me to put it away in my bag. Awesome sauce!!!

Pack it for beach & float all day!
I am what I would call a floating expert. I started many years taking a loose weight to the beach then graduated to mushroom anchors. This is by far the most convenient to pack and use and held up well. I have no idea why more people don't take anchors like this to the beach. Floating is SO much more relaxing when you don't have to worry about paddling back to your chairs. This worked awesome and highly recommend for taking to the beach to relax on a float!

Great Product and Seller
I previously had the version which did not have the same top closing design. This one keeps sand in. I have a PWC and mostly use sand to weigh down the anchor. It also is much bigger than my older version. This one can hold 2 PWCs. I like the fact that the bag does not bounce around in the front compartment like a metal anchor does. Highly recommend.

... few different sand anchors for my kayak and I'm glad I bought this one
I looked around at a few different sand anchors for my kayak and I'm glad I bought this one. This anchor kit is awesome and comes with a float key which is a nice bonus. The seams and material are durable and strong. It's nice dropping this anchor from my kayak or jet ski and not having to constantly worry about drifting. It's also a cool feature being able to detach the rope and use the sack as a dry bag. I put my wallet and some other valuables in there before using it as an anchor.

works great
I'm quite happy with this anchor. I love that i can fill it up on the beach, drop it out in the water to tie up and then when i'm done empty the contents right back on the beach. I was a little worried it would be difficult to bring to the surface but I had no trouble at all retrieving the bag when i was ready to go in. The bag is very heavy duty and the line was the perfect length for us to hook up to.

Worth the money
Used this 2 days after getting it. I have 3 inflatable kayaks and 2 large tubes. I was able to carry both anchors, full of sand in the 2 kayaks and they easily held all 5 in place (i attached the anchors to the kayaks and all 5 kayaks/tubes together. What I really liked was that having the full anchors in the kayaks did not significantly add to the weight in the kayaks. I'm going to get another one when I buy my next kayak

Eh it's alright
It works just alright. The part that clips came with 2 female pieces instead of 1 male 1 female. I just use a caribeaner to keep it closed now since it came defective. It works as a good anchor for my seadoo and my 60lb 20'x20' unicorn. I wouldn't use it as a dry bag though.
