There is no warranty on this product, it gets damaged less than 6 months using it. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this one in the UAE because comes with a crappy adapter that damages the product

Dyson itself is awesome, but the warranty…
Okay, my wife loved this product! It is totally different from anything she had before and she is really happy with it. The only issue is that they sold this item without any warranty (we both tried to activate it but it was not accepted here in the UAE). According to Dyson’s website warranty, if you ever use an adapter, you lose the product’s warranty. This Dyson that we bought came automatically with an adapter because the electrical plug wasn’t originally from the UAE. Basically, they sold something cheaper because the warranty would not be applied here in this country, so real thumbs down for Amazon 👎🏼

Not UAE plug and with cheap external converter
Not suitable for UAE plug and they will given you external converter which is cheap which has high risk of flame

Product works but the box is damaged.
Used it once works fine, all attachments are included, whoever the top of the case used for storage is not glued right and it’s peeling.
