Quality product that works.
Purchase a less expensive item and returned it because it was as hard as a rock. I returned it and purchased the Force pedal (FP). FP is pliable and gives you immediate ground feedback that you otherwise would be unaware of the pressure input. FP is a quality product that is durable.

Well made, but useless for what it is designed for
The real product is meant to compress if you shift your weight properly. These discs are much too hard to compress. Well made, but useless for their intended purpose.

Firm
These are a lot more firm than I was expecting. There’s a honey comb ribbed structure underneath and it’s made of a stiff high durometer plastic/rubber material. You have to really shift your weight on this to get it to crush. It’s pretty much feels like standing on a small solid disc/frisbee Sure it will depress some during weight shift and I find it good to feel the pressure points on the inside front balls of the feet.

Sturdy little tool!
The pads are light, sturdy and not slippery. The texture of the pouch is surprisingly soft!

Almost useless. Giving it two stars because it’s not overly expensive but I don’t ever see these being put to good use.

Not designed properly
The whole point of these training aids is that they should compress and provide feedback when force is applied. These are rock hard and don’t compress at all.

A great gift
The quality of this golf pedal power pad exceeds my expectations. The material is sturdy and durable, and the details are handled very well. During use, I found that it effectively strengthened my foot muscles and improved my swing speed and power. These are rock hard and make them useless for their purpose. You don't get any feedback because it's the same thing as stepping on 2 steel plates. Figured I'd opt for the cheaper version since I figured how complicated is a piece of rubber? Apparently very complicated. I bought the originals for double the price of these, but at least they'll work and have some give when pressing into them.
