Simple and easy to use
Easy to use and a great supplement. Usually when I'm craving salt its due to needed iodine. A couple drops on my wrist before bed solves that.

Colorless is best for oral consumption.
I use this colorless version as a supplement in my water because it doesn't turn the water orange. Just a few drops per 8 oz. If you want to use it for transdermal absorption, the orange kind is better because you can tell when you've reached your limit. There are videos on YT that explain this.

Quality needs improvement
Product arrival took nine days!! There was leakage in packaging, slight but leakage. The product itself is watered down, as if someone home made this 'lugols'. Compared to my original Lugols, when I hold bottle up and cannot see through solution, this product is like a dark tea and watery when applied, unlike original Lugol's which is in my possession.
