Sound quality is good and comfortable when you run or go to gym. Neck bands material qualiis good and smooth and it has type c charging which is fast to charge. Battery backup is also good it gives backup more than 12 hrs. Price is also good according to market and i got this in good condition and delivered fast.

Piece of crap as it lasts only about 1 month then real struggle starts. Service centre in the other side of the city then they are unable to take decision and ask to visit after 15days!! Then reported this issue to PTRON, their reply received only in weeks time which says tried to reach you but then they never contacted.. net net.. waste of money for much product buying then almost the same amount to visit service centre twice then I also look for something else to buy since this is kind of essential think as you need it for daily workout and by that time you hardly bother to revisit them for collection since it’s again waste of time and expenses..

I do face few problems with the product.It's doesn't fit on ear properly and ears start to hurt . And its touch is too sensitive but I purchased a sponge cover from the amazon which cost is only 180 rupees now It's so comfort to use . Battery life is just ok for only one day use . Sound quality is superb . A good quality item ease of use .

This is my initial review....Good headset with awesome touch controls but only one drawback is it has no option for volume up & down. Musicquality is average and call quality is good.After 2 days: Its every time disconnecting & connecting automatically.. Its a complaint & i need to replaceReplaced item also showing the same issue but comparing to the previous item its adjustable. Its not disconnecting everytime.

This is just the perfect thing you need while travelling, workout, etc.no ear pain, excellent sound quality with a mic quality more than expected. Only thing it's not comfortable while sleeping else it's an alternative for every bids, neckband, earphones.

The earphones were great until after sometime I got to hear some distortion on the right side of the earphone and after some days it started on the left side too. I tried calling the service center staff again and again days after days but there was no response from anyone. Now as per me, these earphones are made with cheap quality hardware and please don't waste your money on these products.And don't even think to get the Truke OWS, It's even worse, both freedom and liberty stopped working after 10-15 days due to its charging dock quality.

It's not basically open earphone company need to understand making some redesign and launch doesn't mean you fall in that category. Very basic functionality and specification.Can't say its cheap product or very high tech product also you can't able to use it on regular note like for more then 15 min as it starts give you pain on ear and sound also can easily hear from outside. Bass quality is also normal but that's not so bad or terrible.Final note, at this price its a unique you can purchase it just as secondary device apart from wired or TWS.

Light weight. Good grip. Sound effect amazing. Very trustable brand. I used it for 2 days and charged with one time. Very long battery life. Comfortable to wear it. Voice clarity was amazing. This feature in this price total worth it. All things say about good performance.
