Seems to be a good machine. We have had it since Oct. 2024 and it works well. It is quiet and has three speeds forward. It has a step counter. Yes, it has no resistance but for older people who just need to keep the blood flowing in your legs that feature makes it more likely to be used. I have the resistance pedal machine and never use it as it is too tiring.. This one keeps the swelling in my ankles down when I used it daily and makes my legs feel stronger.

Simple to set up and use. Very well built. Works as intended and it can be adjusted to different levels for better exercises. Virtually no noise so it’s convenient to use even while enjoying your favorite shows on tv. Convenient and efficient at a good price.

INCREASED EXERCISE DOUBLE... GOT OFF 1 BLOOD PRESSURE MED... Love this... Had for 10 months, use it every single weekday!!!! Need mechanic or DIY person to assemble.
