Q: What's the lysine source? Is it vegan?

Doesn’t have the source only that it contains 356mg (8%) potassium. The only ingredients are potassium and lysine.

Q: Does this work on popcorn?

It tastes good, but it sticks to popcorn much the same as table salt granules.

Q: CaCan you use this salt substitute in Grindersn this be used in grinders?

no this salt is made to shake out of bottle, not for use in grinder...very good as is though

Q: What percentage of the ingredients is potassium chloride and what percentage is lysine?

My Salt has 356 mg of potassium, but the amount of lysine it contains is not given on the bottle.
