Livex Lighting 51085-92 4-Light Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Fixture with Oatmeal Color Fabric Hardback Drum Shade and Satin White Diffuser, English Bronze

The lamp looks really nice, and it was pretty straight forward to install. The only poorly documented portion of the assembly instructions pertained to installing two bolts and associated jamb nuts into the mounting flange. I've attached a photo of the correct assembly method to save others the time of figuring it out or guessing. I used four A15 (smaller than E26) bulbs to address the visibility of the bulbs issue some other reviewers had noted. Technically the smaller bulbs they are still slightly visible at specific viewing angles; but it's only a very small range of viewing and not objectionable in my opinion. The smaller A15 bulbs do put out a bit less light, but for our living room application the brightness is perfect. We also bought the Calokes 13" beige fabric 2-lamp CL-FB-0010 for the hallway and the fabric material was a very close match to this lamp. The Calokes 13" was more cheaply made, but adequate for the price and application.

Lots of light, and very chic.

Not a bad fixture, fairly well made but not quite enough to justify the price. - My major gripe is that the annulus between the top and bottom shade doesn't have any fabric or plastic shade, so you can the bulbs, ceiling mount, and supports through the gap, which detracts from the look. Note that I'm using 17w LED bulbs; smaller bulbs might not be so visible. - As others have noted, the bottom diffuser disc is plastic, not glass, but I think that's expected and even preferable given the size and fragility/weight of glass. It looks fine, and we have an even more expensive fixture that's similar and also uses plastic. - Pretty easy to assemble if you've hung fixtures before, although holding it up while attaching the wires is a chore. I also think the instructions are a bit backward, as they suggest you totally assemble the light (including installing bulbs and diffuser) before attaching the wires and mounting to the ceiling. I attached it to the ceiling before installing the bulbs and diffuser, which kept the weight down and gave me more space to work.

Love the looks of this light. We’ve bought 3 of them and use them in all of our bedrooms. Great quality and fits well in the bedrooms. Highly recommend
