I bought this item with high hopes that the other bad reviews were not the norm. Having it less than a month ànd the diffuser stopped working, it then leaked oil all over my cabinet and ruined the paint. I returned the item immediately. Now months later I get a notice that thr item wasn't returned as new or unused and they will be charging me again. Of course it isn't new, but it also doesn't work. If it operated properly i wouldn't have returned it. Don't waste your time or money on this terrible product

Loved this when I first bought it, so much so that I bought two more. I wish it had more time options but 10 minutes between sprays was pretty good. It went through the oils (bottles) like crazy but i figured that was what I'd have to accept. At first. Like other reviews noted, the oil pooled in the base and for me, stopped misting. First one, then a couple days later the second and finally today, the first one I bought so sadly, I'm returning those two, too.

The bottles of essential oil that come with the diffuser (4 out of 5 times I've ordered this) are not screwed on tight enough and the oil leaks out so that everything is a mess and there's only half a bottle left.
