Hi to whom it may concern, when I purchased my DJI phantom three drone it showed up in a timely manner and was totally surprised by the quality of this product if I didn’t know it was a refurbished product I would’ve thought it was new it flies amazingly takes great pictures and videos I am 100% satisfied with this product.David wilson

2 different ones she up broken our missing pieces.
First one arrived broken. Second one arrived without charger and a broken s1 switch. Pay the extra for a new one.

Drones are technical wonders and adds new world of photography.
Little pricey for beginner. Learning to control and find all options lot of studying. I am on third one; first hit power line, second got over lake with windsurge and tumbled flipping fall dive. Anyone mastering Phantom 3 deserves Phantom 4 or Maverick!

Came broken and no batter
Came broken and missing the battery not happy Couldn’t even fly it returning It

Unstable
Had been using drone for a few years. Recently I went to take off in a zero wind environment, after touching the take off button the drone went 2 feet up and decided to charge the front of my home without any input from controller. Its supposed to rise 1.5 meters and hover. this thing went crazy full speed out of control.Camera no longer gets a signal and all 4 blades broke. Lost 600+ dollars. not happy with DJI. will not buy from them again.
