I'm 5 stars for Vitacost’s customer service. My purchase came open. The safety seal was opened and I was afraid to use the product for fear it had been tampered with. I notified Amazon who directed me to the Vitacost customer service email. I sent an email on Sunday morning at around 5 am. By Monday morning I had a reply. I sent the information they needed about my issue and they sent out a new bottle the same day.As for the Bacilus Subtilus I ordered I haven't had a chance to use it yet. But I have ordered from Vitacost before and have always found their products to be quality!Will continue to order from them. Thank you, Vitacost.😎

I use them in my chicken feed ferments once a week and also with human food too sometimes. They make the feed smell great a just right balance of sweet and tangy - good for the gut

This company refuses to post the probiotic strain on their label. This is essential when wanting to use the best probiotic strains. They do not have a phone number listed on their label, no contact phone number on the website and several customers complaining they are not getting a response including myself. Amazon needs to take this company off their website. do not buy this product!!!!!

I was using other Bacillus Subtilis supplements from Amazon, which already made a noticeable difference for me with digestion. But switching to this one made another improvement. Not sure if it is going up to 10billion or the quality of the strains, but it is noticeable for me.
