I am a person who doesn’t sweat during workouts so I’m always looking for products to help increase my detoxication and decrease water weight through sweating. This product has been working well for me during my workouts. I will say that it does work best if you use an exercise belt, however the days I forget to use one I still notice it working. The scent isn’t overbearing and is actually pleasant which is another thing I love about this. I haven’t noticed huge differences in my appearance yet (I also only workout a few times a week at the moment) but there is a slight difference that I am happy with!
