9 yr old & mom love it!
Only tried it on our window so far, but love it. Some review caution about the stick, but not a problem for us yet. I’m guessing it works better on some surfaces than others. We’ve repositioned again & again on window & no problems at all with the stick. When you open the box, it’s best to have an adult attach the nano-suction pads. After about 10 minute prep, you’re ready to go! We got this toy on sale and I’m thrilled with it. It was perfect to get my 9 yr old off electronics & into creative play on a boring snow day home from school. He refused to read instructions, but figured out most of the pieces/assembly on his own. We’ll have to explore the few levers/mystery pieces this weekend!

um great....but READ the AGE RECOMMENDATION... wish Amazon would put it in the item name
edit: the 8 year olds I worked with ADORED this and the 5 year olds.... some were able to figure it out and found it really interesting!!! Others kind of struggled with how it worked and gave up and lost interest relatively quickly. And found another play choice in our space. I didn't have a ton of time to walk them through it and I didn't have that many track/etc/materials for each child but. But plenty loved this! The good: I have merely tried sticking 2 connectors, a track, and a catcher to my glass sliding door to my patio and it worked great! I was thrilled. It was kinda fun as a 31 year old assistant teacher and leader of an after school care program! The bad/surprising: I was absolutely NOT read for how FAST this marble run can potentially go if you curve the bendable tracks. It can go really, really fast. Maybe that's a benefit to some. Not really here. I work with ages 5 to 8, but MOSTLY at the 5ish age range... some kids can be really sensitive to stimulus and overwhelmed so the QUITE FAST and NOISY, as well, nature of this marble run was something I was not expecting and am not particularly pleased with. Also, something about the nature of this toy is pretty hard, honestly. Predicting where the potentially fast marble is going to go next and using your imagination and guessing to figure out where the next track goes is hard. Even for a grown adult. I'm going to try to put this out for some 5 year olds and the brighter and more mature of them but I have a feeling it won't go so good. I see a return of this product in my future. A shame I'll probably end up having to return it because as soon as I saw this thing I thought "Wow!" Because I'm always looking for toys with suction cups for glass doors. I was a pre-k teacher for ages. Kids love that type of toy beyond words and it also makes what was previously a ONE USE and almost useless part of a room (just a glassdoor for only exiting) in to a play space which is useful. Ugh. Hope this works out. Maybe I"ll update it. I could see a 12 year old losing his mind over this. But yeah. Probably not for young ones. Oh, and because it's so fast you could maybe lose marbles and even do so quickly, unfortunately. Ugh.

Great Concept but Not Perfect
My kids love the magnetic runs at the children’s museums, so I thought this would be fun. I guess I didn’t read and thought they were suction cups. They are sticky… which is fine… but I can’t see them lasting long, especially when you have to peel them off a few times to get the placement perfect. If there are other backing options, like suction cups or magnets, I think this would be a home run. My kid lost interest quickly because adjusting them because a burden. We used our back sliding glass door, but I can’t think of anywhere else we could use it.

Needs another from of adhesive, but still cool
Takes a little while to get the design right, if everything isn’t lined up properly the marble may fly off the track. And the sticky pads? Forget it. I had to glue the track to the wall LMAO. Oh well. But it is fun. I don’t think a kid by their self would be able to successfully complete this. Definitely needs parental help. I basically did it myself.

Does not stick
This product does not work as intended. What they mean by nano adhesive technology is that there is minimal adhesive on the pad. I have been trying since Christmas to find a surface that these can stick on so my son can play with them because he is really excited about it. I’ve gotten about half of them to stick on the window but they only last for a few minutes. Has anyone else had similar issues or is it user error?

Great for grandsons ages 6 & 8!
This is a favorite now, for grandsons ages 6 & 8. They love marble works, and this presented an additional challenge. I worried they might not stick - they actually stick to a window very well. I wondered if the marbles could damage the window- not a chance. They played for hours. I ordered some additional sets the following day for the next time they come. A little challenging for the six year old at first, but big brother helped. I highly recommend this set - and I think it’s best to get at least one ‘add-on’ set.

Overall, this toy was not even a one star
An adult worked on this toy for an hour and a half trying to put it together and it still continue to break apart and not work at all. I locked 12 toys for my 2 grandchildren for Christmas, most from the sensory section. This was a waste of money. It did not go together, It would not clip, and broken pieces trying to get it together. I would love a refund because this toy was junk.
