My husband bought me an ice maker for Christmas, we could never get it to work, so we sent it back and ordered this one. It works fabulously!! Easy to work and makes the ice super fast! Doesn’t hold a ton, but since it makes so quickly, we don’t mind!

My ice maker in my Fridge quit working and the endless trips for ice were getting old. I finally broke down and bought this ice maker and it comes in very handy!!Ice, Ice, Wonderful Ice!! It’s making ice all the time. You do have to empty the bin, it stops when it’s full, I just store all my ice in the freezer. There are 2 sized of ice pellet’s S & L. The ice maker is super fast. Literally 5 minutes and the 1st drop of cubes is ready,Just keep the water full, and empty the bin and it will make ice constantly.It stops when full, extremely quiet, I put mine in the nook by the fridge on the floor. Fit great, has plenty of space, and doesn’t take up counter space.After some use you will see sediment form in the bottom and it will need to be be cleaned. Do NOT follow the instructions in the book or you will be returning your broken machine. Drain the water. Use a microfiber cloth with a touch of bleach to clean out any sediment or ick & dirt. Clean all the parts you can reach. Don’t spray water inside or fill up an drain. It will stop working.Also, these only work about a year. I’m on my third. Eventually the components inside just stop cooperating with each other. It will cycle but it will not draw up water to make ice. You will know it’s about to go out when the ‘full’ light starts coming on when the machine is empty. Some tricks to keep pit going a little longer are to unplug it for an hour or so, and closer to the very end, you may have to lightly kick it it to get it to realize it is actually empty so it will make ice. Not long after this stage, it will die.It is still very Easy to set up, Easy to Use, and I highly recommend for a 1 year machine‼️

This is perfect for the counter top. The ice is perfect for cocktail parties and small parties. The ice is made pretty quickly and I just wish it held more ice.

Some friends of our recommended this product. I received this item the other day, and after following the instructions for setup and operation, it did not work. I even followed the generic setup instructions on the Amazon site. I could hear the unit going through its generation process, including the water running, but the unit never created any ice. I tried changing the ice size, and again, no ice. I am sending it back for a replacement, so hopefully that unit will work better.Update Aug-6: I received the replacement unit on Saturday, and this one works. Actually, it works very well. Makes ice very quickly. Note tat the small cubes are very tiny, maybe 1/2” by 3/4”. The large cubes aren’t huge by any means, but they’re maybe 3/4” by 1”. Also note that this unit is quite bulky and heavy (26 lbs). About the size of a decent coffee maker, but heavier. Overall, quite pleased.

Easy to use. Clear instructions. Just the right size for counter use and storage when not in use. Great price. Great performance too. Several inquires as to where to buy, price, usefulness also. Love it.

This is the third ice machine I have purchased. Over the years, I have found most only last 2 or 3 years with daily use. Why do I love an ice maker? I know where the water comes from. I know the machine is clean and maintained. I can have all the ice I need without hauling a big bag from a store or gas station. The taste is better. And you get used to having your own machine you get spoiled with the luxury of it.This model is very quiet and runs smoothly. The cubes come out well frozen and well formed every time. You can select small or larger cubes. The size is compact and fits easily on the counter top. It's easy to keep clean. And for the quality, it's reasonable in price. I highly recommend this style and brand.

This works great, and is very quiet. The only issue I have is the size of the "large" cubes. The photo shows cubes from a cube tray vs. the size from this ice maker. Big difference!

This unit is a great product for chewable ice. It tends to be a little noisy and tray to release cubes gets stuck at times. Neither of these issues are overly negative. However, the sensor to recognize when the tray needs to reload water is defective. The sensor starts and stops prematurely preventing ice from completing its cycle. This issue is rendering the unit unusable. We loved it while it was working.

Very nice unit. Ice in less than 5 minutes. We use at the lake and keep it outside and only turn off at night. Fill the reservoir and forget it. Great ice maker. Highly recommend

First at all machines working fine , but after few week it was terrible , ice got really strong smell of plastic and taste so bad , i read all one stars review have same problem , not recommended at all
