Legit Way of Extending Phone's Life
Bought and installed this replacement battery for an S21 5G that is almost three years old.Instructions said to email them your specific model number and they'd send you a link to a YouTube video. They promptly did, and the instructions in the video were spot on.I would say that I happen to be an electrical engineer, so am not nervous around these types of things. I also headed in with the attitude that if it broke the phone, oh well (I was just going to replace the phone anyways). If you've done a little bit of electronics stuff somewhere, you'll be fine.The glue around the old battery was very stubborn for me. Spent a lot of time heating it, and ended up using an old butter knife to delicately free it.The battery is charging just fine right now, only time will tell how long it lasts. But buying me probably 8+ months more with the phone is all I'm hoping for.

CAUGHT ON FIRE AND RUINED MY PHONE
Do not buy this battery!!! After installing, I started plugging everything back before I installed the back cover...one corner started smoking and then a little fire started. I got that one out and seconds later it started again. Now my phone won't charge and I'm pretty sure it messed up a flex cable so the phone is trash.

Fit my Samsung galaxy s21 5g perfect
After my batter swelled in my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, I called Samsung and because my phone was out of warranty they wanted $250 to fix my phone. I am a 59 year old female and I had no problem replacing the battery myself. I definitely recommend

Not Worth It
After all the trouble I took to install this battery, the charge on it lasts only slightly longer than the 3-year-old battery I replaced. Definitely not worth the effort or the money. Also, like another reviewer. the power cord on the battery was too long, and it was a pain to get it to fit.

Battery fits, replacement seal not quite
Can't say yet whether the battery will last; however, it fits properly, and the phone has powered on and charged up. It's holding a charge now for a few days and seems okay. Will update after a few months of use.The problem is the replacement seal for the back cover is just 1-2 mils too thin, so the back doesn't stick to the body all the way around. There's a small, 3" gap just below the camera lenses where the back just refuses to stay stuck.
