Full of creative magic and meaningful coincidences, ‘The Salt of Ancient Tears’ is an engaging tale of time travel, love, art, modern Norway, and ancient Viking life. As I finished the book ‘The Spheres’ by Ola Gjeilo played on the radio, synchronously making the finish emotional and spiritual at the same time. It’s an addictive book difficult to put down, seeping into the blood with ancient dreamlike voices of lives entwined through time, emboldened by non-conformist characters with fascinating roles. Very much looking forward to the second in the series. A completely enjoyable read and an excellent gift for lovers of adventure-psi-romance and Vikings!
