Excellent mower for the right JOB.
Quick delivery, very easy assembly, great price. This Rotary Mower is perfect for my postage size lawn. After CAREFUL READING of the Instructions , I set the height of the mower on the highest setting. Then lowered the height by one setting and made a second mow. After one day I repeated this process. My Bermuda grass is now at two inches. Without burning marks from a conventional mower. I do have low spots in my lawn that need attention which this mower does not like, per the instructions. Also this rotary mower is not for the weak. It takes a bit of muscle to push . So having a small lawn is perfect for me.

Lawn must be free of debris
Had to return the first lawn mower because the arms were poorly machined and wouldn't go together. Contacted the company, they were supposed to send me the details to return to them and get a replacement out. Waited a couple of days, but with the return clock ticking (4 days) I returned to Amazon instead which had a new one out the same week. Never did get the return information from the company so it was a good thing I went through Amazon. I'd still have an unusable lawn mower and be too late to return. That problem aside, the mower works well, but noisily. Crazy how much noise it makes, but not worse than the huge electric mower some of my neighbors use. So, don't buy this one if you think a push mower is, or should be, quiet. It cut really well, but even a small twig will gum up the works. So, if you have any debris, you should rake your yard first or you will be stopping and starting a lot. The bag fills up so quick. Could be because I hadn't mowed in a month (time between old one dying and getting this one up and running), but for a small yard, I had to empty 5 or 6 times.

Not worth the money compete junk
This thing really is bad. Let me start off by saying I had high hopes but it didn't work out. Unless you have perfectly manicured lawn already and it's completely flat do not buy this even on its highest setting it won't work. I'm so unsatisfied with this it actually surpasses my last marriage. Easy to assemble but the inside of the wheel is plastic and the gear I side there will not last long I can already tell. Not worth the money just buy a gas mower.

So far, VERY Impressed.
So much rain this year, I got tired with my lawnmower stalling in the wet grass, never mind changing spark plugs and oil most years. In addition to a better environmental approach, I wanted to add a little bit of elbow grease back into my yard work since I no longer get as much exercise.Out of the box, SIMPLE assembly!!Into my yard of 6 inches of grass, I had to adjust the height a few times until it was perfect. I never let my yard get so long, this year we have had so much rain I didn't cut for 3 weeks. I worked and it worked! Love my 18" reel.So from one woman, to all other women out there considering a push mower, Just Do It!Good work out, definitely some toning as hoped for, but not so intense where you don't want to do. Glad I switched. No more oil changes and spark plug changes.

buying used / labeled "excellent" is NOT excellent... mower works great, collection bag BAD
The media could not be loaded. bought it used via Amazon. said to be excellent - not at all. it had grass in the box, ha no directions. and it was scratched up. never the less, I built it - because I wanted to spare the air. it was a little tricky to assemble, like a ring puzzle, has to be done a certain way. but it can be doe in 20 min. first pass, it squeaked very loud at random. really annoying. then i made my first pass, even at the highest height it cut the grass very low. BEWARE, set it as high as possible, less you want a 'buzz cut' lawn. it did an excellent job chopping up my grass... i was impressed. but the collection back is poorly designed... it keeps popping off. i hacked a way to keep it on, via velcro and bungy chord.

Gets the job done!
Purchased this mower, it was easy to assemble, required no tools. It’s not to heavy and I gotta say I’m impressed with with the quality of the cut on my lawn! Got the the lawn looking as crisp as a gas mower would! I gotta tell you though, don’t let the grass get too long, as it is a bit of a struggle to maneuver on tall grass. It definitely gets the job done though!

Cheaply made and difficult to push
I wanted to love this, but the screws pop off all the time while pushing the mower, so I've replaced most of the screws several times in a month. The blades aren't very sharp and they don't cut most weeds, so they will still be sticking up throughout your yard after you mow your lawn. Also, if anything is underneath the lawn mower that could slightly get stuck under the blade, the mower will jam and you won't be able to push it all. That makes this really tough on anyone with a bad back or if your legs aren't very strong. They need to include a blade sharpener if they aren't going to give you sharp blades originally. I just missed the return window by a few days since I wanted to give this atleast a few tries, but I would definitely have returned it if I still had the opportunity. I'm basically cutting hay instead of grass, and it has tripled the time of my mowing time. I couldn't imagine having this lawn mower to cut thick, plush grass, unless the soil is perfectly even underneath. PA is notorious for hard clay soil and rocks. The mower is lightweight and the cutting length can be altered. When the screws and plastic bolts would fly off the mower, the orange color of the bolts made them easy to find, but the screws were lost.

Good
Overall it works great for the price. The basket comes off a lot and dumps the grass everywhere but it's really not a big deal. Used it every week last summer and haven't had to sharpen the blades yet, we'll see how it handled the winter in the shed.
