Cant go wring with this - cost effective.

Great value
Glass cover and metal wire mesh make these great value. Plastic back is lower quality, but overall a good product.

Good durable light.
I bought these lights for an outbuilding as I was sick of poor quality fittings only lasting a few months. This is a simple but strong and well made light. The cover is glass, not polycarbonate, and it comes with the heat shields for the wires. Only drawback was that it took some time to find a low energy bulb that would easily fit into it. Take the fitting along with you to buy the bulbs. They are available but not all will fit.,

Good Quality
It's a good quality light but doesn't come with light bulb or electrical cable. So you have to buy the light bulb, wire and plug separately, probably a better idea to spend a bit more money and det one that comes with everything

Just the job at the right price
Very inexpensive replacement - not so much fancy as practical and dies the job perfectly well. Has a choice of three entry points for the cable (either side near the bottom or through the bottom) but no facility to fed in through the back. High output low running cost bulbs are cheap enough and fit easily. It wasn’t that difficult to install with a little planning - you will need a medium cross head fir the lens cover, a very small cross head for the terminal connection (yeah that’s right they aren’t the normal cross head) and a decent drill if a new wall mounting.

Great value for money, although I found the unit very tricky to wire up as you cannot see whether the cables are properly inside the terminals or not. But then, I was working upside down, installing the unit beneath a soffit. If I were doing it again, I would attach a short piece of cable to the light fitting on the bench, test it, then connect that to the existing wiring with a block connector. Still recommended, though. I installed an energy saving 60W equivalent LED bulb (ES fitting required), so was very pleased with the result.

Value for Money
A good bright outside light, however it needs to be fitted by an electrician.
