Outstanding Customer Service and a High Performance Machine
Our experience with this seller proved extraordinarily positive. Unexpectedly, ahead of shipping, I was contacted by the seller to discuss my organization's specific needs for an all-in-one printing unit. We discussed our office's typical print, copy and fax volume, and our need for high image quality, which the seller then confirmed with one of his tech people. Additionally, we discussed the logistics of delivery to our office suite and installation. Now, after installed and integrated with our office's systems, the unit performs all functions we need and also scans color images of photo ID and insurance cards beautifully! I'd recommend this machine and the seller for good customer support, a high performing printer, scanner, and faxer (with the necessary fax card), and overall value.
