This is the best product I’ve used to date to remove mold from my vinyl siding. Easy to use the nozzle works great and all you have to do is exactly what it says, wet it down and forget it. In no time the mold is gone and my siding looks like new again!

Works well over time. Some stains it can’t handle without some scrubbing but worth the purchase price. Saves a lot of climbing with the special nozzle that comes with it. This is my fourth purchase of this product. Good transaction.

This stuff is great. The exterior of my house had mildew on it and one treatment with this and it was gone. Very easy to use. I subtracted one star because I’m not crazy about the sprayer, it seems to leak. It works but could be better. I even like the smell of the product. It is very light, almost nonexistent.

I have used this for a few years now, both in New York and Florida and it does a great job.It does take a while to work, so if an area is vety dirty I usually power wash it first. But once applied it lasts the better part of a year, so if I use it every year there is almost no buildup to speak of. I have even seen results on my stone steps and paver patio.

I paid so much for this stuff, and I really had hopes that it would be worth the price.We've had an unusually "atmospheric river" of rain in southern California this past fall snd winter, and when it was finally over, there was green moss growing on my spanish tile roof. (These tiles are a little like brick, sort of porous but a lot thinner). Almost every home in my gated community has moss now on the north-facing side of their roofs. Only people who have recently gotten new roofs don't !This is the third product I've tried on it. I've been patient. But'WET AND FORGET 'IS NOT THE CASE!! I can't forget that my homeowner's insurance company sent a drone over my house, and seeing the moss, suddenly cancelled my coverage unless I get a whole new roof! Right now, sice inflation, that costs upwards of $50,000.00!!I really hoped this would work, but there has been no change whatsoever. I wish I could get a refund, but I used it all up...and waited.I'm on a low fixed income, and this stuff costs almost $50.00! I'm beyond disappointed.If a miracle happens and the moss finally dies, I'll do a new review.Every insurance company is looking to stop writing policies in California. I still haven't found homeowner's insurance.Don't waste your money, this is very expensive, and no more effective than bleach.

Fast delivery/shipping - had no problem with application process, just don't apply "long" distances on a windy day to avoid showering yourself! Keep in mind this is not a product with instant results... it works over time with the elements and don't forget to reapply after a few weeks-2 months for stubborn molds and black mildewy stains. Results appear a little sooner for algae and mosses than they do for the black stains. Had no issues with dripping and over spray hurting nearby foliage as I did make sure to hose them off afterwards just in case.

I had large gobs of moss growing on the roof of a garden shed with a tile roof which had missed the roof cleaning of my house last summer. I sprayed this product on Saturday (5/3) morning and by Monday (5/5) morning I was able to wash the roof clean with garden hose. The extended spray nozzle also worked great.
