Went to all the local big box 'Do it yourself' stores, and couldn't find a single fan that didn't look like cheap garbage. So we decided to take a chance on this one, and it is just fantastic. Very easy to assemble, installation was a breeze, and the style is exactly what I was looking for. Everything works as it should, the fan is super quiet and puts out a nice breeze. Would definitely recommend.

EOPETY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO RESOLVE THE FAN REMOTE/SENSOR ISSUE SENDING US MORE THAN ONE SENSOR TO MAKE SURE WE HAD THE CORRECT ONE, also they followed up to make sure we received the package and that the issue was resolved.We bought 6,of these fans in November 2023 while building a new house. Absolutely love them however they were Installed in April 2024 and the remote sensor inside the fan on one fan stopped working in August 2024. EOPETY was not selling at the time so we ordered a replacement sensor from another vendor but it was not compatible. So we have a beautiful fan that will not work and need a replacement sensor sent to us for a 60” fan.

I love this fan! It's so beautiful and has 6 fan settings. The first fan I received didn't work but the seller promptly sent a replacement which is working great. The seller also sent me an extension rod at no additional cost (generic one from Home Depot wasn't compatible due to wiring). Definitely recommend.

I bought this fan because I thought it was beautiful, and it did not disappoint. It is so stunning. The wood color and arches of the blades are so well designed. I installed it myself without any issues. I also found the Natural Wind feature unique and will be using it in the warmer months for sure. The remote is well-designed and works as expected. I am still finishing the installation of my ceiling tiles in the pic, but as soon as I had enough put up to install the fan underneath, I did.

Great value. A bit of noise on higher settings, but overall the price makes it worth putting up with a little noise.

Packaged very well with spare screws in case you might lose one. Fairly straightforward instructions written with typical Chinese grammatical errors, but still understandable. I used the 15" down rods. If the fan wires had been inch or two longer, they would have been a little easier to connect. All in all, the fans (I ordered two) appear to be of good quality. Time will tell about their durability. Air is good, much more than the original 52" inch fans that these replaced. These are the no light version, so I cannot address how that feature would work when the units are powered off at a wall switch. But, I was pleased to discover that when powered off at the wall switch and later when turned back on at the wall swtch, the fans resume with the same settings as when they were powered off. Nice. Virtually noiseless. Incidentally, they are mounted outsde on a screened in porch.
