So strong and durable- great for stubborn dogs!
This is a bit long… bear with me. I have a 3 1/2 year old Bernese Mountain that I rescued about 4 months ago- she was in a martingale collar for the first few months due to her being a flight risk and stubborn. When this dog doesn’t want to do something (at the beginning, that was everything. everything was new and scary) she put her full 85-90lbs in and does not budge. Once I felt she was ready for a normal collar, I started searching for something heavy duty. This collar has been great- if she is resisting me and I have to pull, the clasp does not pull open as can happen with plastic clasps. I feel confident that she can wear this daily and it won’t fall apart when we are have a standoff in the middle of the street. If you have a big dog, or a rescue and need a collar that will stay on- this is it!

Solid but not chunky - M (40-50) suits a cocker spaniel - male mid-sized perfectly
Solid but not chunky - M (40-50) suits a cocker spaniel - male mid-sized perfectly. As a personal preference - I like dog collars with a second D-ring - so you can attach dog registration/ contact tags somewhere different to where the leash attaches. If you have a dog who pulls the lead alot - that might be something for you to consider, this might not be suitable for you. But, for everyone else - this is absolutely fine.I am totally ok with this collar. It’s robust, but not too chunky, the plastic clasp clicks together snugly, well made. It is not a tiny thin elegant type of collar, this is a ‘I have a dog who gets walked’ kind of collar - it’s functional and looks like one I would normally pick up at a pet store. So far I have had no issues with stitching or fraying or anything along those lines. It’s working as it should!

A great well made collar
I use this collar on my Husky for mainly walking around the village roads, as we dont have any paths around the village so sometimes need to keep him close. I am finding this collar a really good sturdy and robust collar, it is a very handy collar and happy I got one to try. I also help dog rescues transport dogs around the UK, so also ideal for me when moving dogs in and out of the rescue van as most of the dogs coming into rescue do not come in with anything. My Husky is ideal for trying out anything dog related, he is a big strong 38kg boy so will put any equipment to its limits. This strong collar sits nice and works really well, even when my fur boy is pulling like a horse. My Husky goes between collar and harness, depending on where we are walking at the time.Once any lead or collar arrives the first things I always check before even attempting to try on my own fur kid, is the strength and durability of the stitching, trigger, D-rings and webbing quality. What I have found with this dog collar is that it is ideal for the slightly stronger dogs, giving you peace of mind that the product shouldn't let you down.PLEASE NOTE: With any brand/product, you should ALWAYS regularly check all components and stitching for wear and tear before use)The collar is made of a very a durable 2.5cm webbing (I have the XL) and with soft neoprene inner lining, giving the collar plenty of strength. The aluminium D-Ring seems nice and strong and the plastic Sliplok adjuster feels nice and sturdy and easy to adjust, giving great secure link between the collar and lead for added safety.Overall I find this a great collar, that should last a long time. I would recommend this collar :)(£9.99 at the time of review)

Winner
Just got this for the new doggy. Size adjusts easy. Nice color and feel. Am ordering another one in a different color for my other dog. This makes his old collar look worn out.

Great
This is great for my puppy Rottweiler.Fits him perfectly, with plenty of room left for when he grows. (Which is by the day to the moment)Feels well made and sturdy.Easy to clip and unclip. The ring that attaches to your lead, feels durable.Overall I would recommend this.

Too big for small dogs
I’m not a huge fan of these ‘one size fits all’ products. Technically it’s true but bear in mind for this to work it has to have a lot of material that you can adjust. We have an Italian Greyhound. He’s a puppy at the moment so has a really thin neck. I can get it to fit in terms of the diameter but it’s doubled over, which is the equivalent to wearing two collars that actually fit!I think this is unnecessary and potentially makes it uncomfortable for the dog. A collar should fit with minimal adjustment, just like a belt you would buy for yourself.I’m sure it would be well fitted for a large dog.

Great collar at a great price
Very nice collar with strong clasp and sturdy D ring. Jasper is a strong boy, and this collar holds up fine.It is well made, padded and adjustable with 2 lines of reflective stitching which show up nicely on evening walks. The sizing seems accurate, and the medium collar perfectly fits Jasper whose neck size is 45cm.It's great value for money at under £10 at time of writing. I'm very pleased.
