A must for cables/functional trainer
I have a decent home gym but don't have a power rack due to space. I've been able to workout fairly well but my legs are having trouble keeping up. I got this recently and let me tell you that this is great for hitting my legs. Sure I could do dumbbell, goblet, and front squats but I could never get enough resistance until now. I've hooked this up to my cable machine with both stacks adding up to 300+ pounds which is good for my needs. I'm finally able to hit my legs really well, maybe 70% of what I feel when squatting so this by no means replaced a barbell squat but if it's all you can work with for a period of time, I'd say this comes close! Sorry for the run-on sentences but all of that to say, if you've got a cable machine at home and dont or can't get a squat rack then be sure to pick this up to work your legs really well, and your glutes, if that's something you really want. Great quality, size, and value. Super easy to use, although your experience might vary based on your strength level or cable position.

Good equipment
It works great. I haven't put a lot of weight on it yet, but so far it's great.

Great option
Nice belt. I had purchased a Spediance gym and some of the exercises needed a belt. I checked Spediance first and almost fell over when I saw the price. I bought this one and a pack of D rings and it works great for about 1/3 of the price.

Not great for my intended purpose but good quality
I really like their belt for weighted dips. This didn’t work for the cable belt squat set up I bought it for. This may be more on me than the belt, but it has to be right.

Great
Works great. I am super limited when it comes to working out due to shoulder surgery, but this has allowed me to do legs without putting weight on my shoulders!! Squat hands free!

Nice product but misses the mark for cable squats
I purchased this specifically for cable squats and secondarily for the added functionality of a dip belt. On the first, I will say that I don’t quite think this meets the requirement. I have a Rep Fitness Ares 2.0 with several low cable options, including a centered dual stack as well as standard left and right pulleys. Using the left and right pulleys connected to the side d-rings gives a very, very small working range of motion. The bottom half of the squat has essentially zero tension as the force is no longer pulling the belt down, but the left is pulling toward the left and the right toward the right, effectively cancelling each other and taking all resistance away. This will not be an effective exercise. Using the inner d-rings and a single pulley is slightly more effective as it keeps the weight centered and the resistance pulling mostly downward. Unless your pulled sits on the floor (mine is raised up about a foot at its lowest), you will need some sort of platform so you maintain resistance throughout the motion. As for glute bridges, you cannot do this with any type of significant weight. Setup up cables and your body for any significant resistance will be nearly Impossible for most exercises. I will likely keep this product as it does seem to be well-made and does offer some added functionality as a dip belt. However, I don’t see how this could realistically work for any kind of heavy squatting functions with a cable machine.

Fitness Belt
This belt is awesome, well made, good material feels premium and should last a long time. Used it to support leg pressing and cable squats. My only issue is that it was delivered in a clear see through package, luckily the belt was not damaged. Would I recommend this belt...YES!

Great product. I would recommend.
I have a Fringe Sport Dane 2.0 and this has saved my spine for Squats. I recommend using additional carabiners with the carabiners that are supplied by Fringe Sport. While sitting on the edge of the end of your bench, attach the carabiners to the belt. Then once you are connected in, you can force the trolleys all the way down and begin your set. I have already been able to increase the amount of weight I am using on my squats because of the relief given to my spine. I will follow up again once I have had a chance to use this for a few weeks.

Se siente bastante firme lo e utilizado algunas veces y sin ningun problema solo asegúrense de medir si les queda a la medida de su cintura por que mi esposa le queda grande y llega un punto en el que no se puede hacer mas chico

I got this for hip thrusts on the cable machine and I love it. Works great so far.

Overall a great product, but I'm finding it difficult to figure out how to squat with it using my cable system... I have been able to use it for kneeling hip thrusts which has been awesome though!
