Really good product. It has to be good for you if it tastes that bad.

Didn't work for me, but worth a try.
It tastes earthy and not horrible. I have it every day in my morning coffee. Am I energised and full of beans? Well after a few weeks I can safely say that it hasn't made any difference, but maybe that's just me. I will try another brand next time to see if that works, otherwise it's not really worth it for me. Must admit to being disappointed.

Smeels like metal , tastes horrible . Tried 4 different shilajit for now and this is easily the worst . It is almost in liquid form . I had few different side affects including spots across the body and low energy
