The Sun (Scholastic News Nonfiction Readers: Space Science)

I purchased this book along with 2 others for 7yr old granddaughter..she enjoyed reading this

Just like her book "The Moon", The Sun informs a child of its existence on many different levels. Our grandchildrencontinue to go back to this book and review and ask questions. A wonderful introduction to the universe.

Excellent book! I read it to my first graders and they loved it.

This is a pretty flimsy book for $6.95. It's very thin and after seeing it I would expect to pay maybe $3 max.
