The Bird of Paradise has got to be the most "80s" flower in all of botany. It's so cool-looking, colorful, and angular that it became the go-to centerpiece for so many floral arrangements, back then. Add in a few palm fronds, and wow.Now that a lot of aesthetics from the 1980s are influencing 2024 design, there is a renewed seat at the table for these lovely gems. Neo-Memphis, Deco Revival, Bauhaus-inspired, Postmodern, Boho, and Contemporary Modernism all work with these cuties. They are high quality and flexible enough to style however you desire.Who knew that artificial flowers could work like a time machine?

The bird of paradise flowers are nice and look realistic. But the greenery pieces look super fake, so I tossed them out.

It looks and works as expected. It's made with heavy plastic so it stays in place, despite my cats rubbing against the vase constantly. I would recommend it.
