It is a great hydration powder. You can mix it incrementally to satisfy your taste. I use it in my iced tea, but it’s good enough with water.It’s a good value and it is convenient to carry a few little packs rather than a big plastic bottle.

Love these, they are on the strong almost sour like taste. Almost like someone put double the amount of Gatorade powder in their drink. But they are great to quickly rehydrate and help focus with the b vitamins in it

The price point is FANTASTIC! Even better is that they are flavorful, dissolve easily even in cold water, and no funky aftertaste from sugar substitutes. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I have some thyroid issues and it was recommended to me to start drinking electrolytes every day, this is very inexpensive way for me to do this. I add one packet to a 50 ounce drink because I don’t like a lot of sweet flavor, I get a faint citrusy taste and I’m cool with that sometimes I do add like a half a packet of lemonade if I feel like I need more flavor. I do feel the difference when I don’t drink this, and I feel better and more hydrated on it I believe that it is effective. (for me.) and I’m thankful to the people who told me about balancing electrolytes lol

It is a drink with a very good flavor, the combination of flavors makes it more refreshing and its benefits are incredible

I would give this 5☆'s but some must have gotten some moisture and were hard. But the ones that aren't taste great and dissolve well.

I love these! I have been purchasing from dollar tree but they haven’t been getting them in. I decided to check Amazon and there they are and a couple of dollars cheaper too so it’s a win-win.
