Great product but the packaging is frustrating
Glucose syrup is super handy for bakers and candy-makers, but it’s also notoriously sticky. The one thing I’d change about this would be the packaging — the tub is not the easiest to re-seal, and if you’re not careful with your pours, you’ll have a ton of syrup to wipe off the sides before you close it.That said, this syrup is consistent, sweet, and clear. It’s not my favorite ingredient but it does the job.
